Park homes and holiday caravans in the Yorkshire Dales
Long Ashes Park is set in the heart of Wharfedale in the idyllic Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is surrounded by some of England's finest scenery in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Beautiful surroundings
The park has been thoughtfully landscaped on a gently sloping hillside, using the abundant local limestone to good effect. The dry stone walls and substantial rockeries provide a dramatic backdrop for the colourful and beautifully kept gardens of the park homes and holiday caravans.
Environmental Policy
There are plenty of mature trees and we have a long-term tree planting and woodland management scheme in place. We are committed to creating and maintaining a pleasant environment for you and also to protect and preserve the character of our part of the Yorkshire Dales.
There is an abundance of all kinds of wildlife.
Shopping and Necessities
Groceries and newspapers are delivered to the caravan park daily, there is a public telephone on the caravan site and a postbox nearby.
The historic market town of Skipton is nine miles distant. Here you will find the larger stores and of course its well known street market 4 days a week. |

Everything you need in a village setting
Long Ashes Park is like an old-fashioned friendly village where neighbours not only make you welcome but also keep an eye on things when you are away.
As a resident here you can enjoy the benefits of living in a small rural community with all of life's main necessities catered for. Park homes have natural gas central heating and are connected to main services. Milk and mail deliveries are made to each park home and refuse is collected weekly. The Gamekeeper's Inn provides a friendly meeting place where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink and if you don't feel like cooking at home meals are served in the bar.
If it snows in the winter, roads on the park are kept clear by our own staff and local public roads are efficiently cleared by the authorities.
Pets
Most well-behaved pets are welcome, subject to park regulations, provided they are kept under control.
