What extra costs apply after purchase?

Pitch fee £5,000 per annum including rates, water and sewerage. Electricity is invoiced quarterly based on your usage. You have a direct gas supply to your lodge which will be invoiced by the third party gas supplier. You are also required to insure your lodge through an insurance provider of your choice.

What about electricity?

Supplied, metered and billed by Long Ashes Park

Is there a natural gas supply?

Yes, natural gas supply is metered through your choice of energy supplier

What about the water and sewerage on site?

Included in ground rent

What Licence Agreement applies?

Fifty years, after which an inspection must be carried out by an Independent Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors accredited surveyor to ascertain that the Holiday Lodge is fit for occupation. Subject to the report the Holiday Lodge Licence may be extended for forty years

Can I live in my holiday lodge?

No, you must have a permanent residential address

What about the internet and phone lines?

All cabling has been installed for phone and internet, you can select your own broadband and phone provider
